This document describes our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of information in connection with your use of our products and services, our online business management software (“Software Service”), and any other Meridian Athletics products and services offered through any other websites that direct you to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”).

Meridian Athletics reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy. Please take a look at the “Last Updated” legend at the top of this page to see when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Service. Your use of the Service following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.

The following terms will have the meanings indicated below. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for any capitalized terms that are not defined in this policy.
1.1. “Other Information” is any information that does not reveal your specific identity or does not directly relate to an individual, such as browser and device information, app usage data, information collected through cookies, pixel tags and other technologies, demographic information and other information provided by you, and aggregated information.

We may collect information about you whenever you use the Service, for example:
2.1. When you create an account on the Meridian Athletics Website, we may seek certain Personal & Non Personal Information. Personal Information shall include your name, email, mailing address, contact number, student’s name and other information that you may provide with your account.
2.2. To process your reservations, registrations and monthly fees, we shall collect and forward the required information to trainers and relevant organizations for their records and information.
2.3. If you subscribe to our monthly fees, we shall collect certain personal and non-personal information as mentioned above along with your credit card information, and other information about your business, as well as names and email addresses of authorized individuals on your account.
2.4. We may also store information that your computer or mobile device provides to us in connection with your use of the Service, such as type of computer or mobile device, unique device identifier, IP Address, MAC address, device’s operating system and physical location (including geolocation, beacon based location, and GPS location). You may disable our use of certain location data through your device or browser settings. We may also store usage data such as the date and time the application on your device accesses our servers, and what information and files have been downloaded to the application based on your device number.
2.5. If you initiate a transaction through the Service, such as a service or product purchase, we may collect and store information, including your name, phone number, address, email, and credit card information as well as any other information you provide to us, in order to process your transaction. This information may be shared with third parties for the same purposes. We encrypt credit card numbers using industry standard technology and cannot view the details.
2.6. We may receive certain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, strategic and joint marketing partners, social media platforms, people with whom you are friends or otherwise connected on social media platforms, as well as from other third parties.
2.7. We may collect other Personal Information through the Services under the direction of our Subscribers.

3.1. To respond to your inquiries and fulfill your requests.
3.2. To send certain administrative information to you, for example, information regarding our services and alterations and upgrades in our terms and conditions and other policies.

4.3. To our Trainers and Coaches if you are an End User and are using our Service to subscribe to a service.

4.5. By you, on message boards, chat, profile pages and blogs and other services to which you are able to post information and materials, including as described in the sections below titled “Testimonials, Ratings and Reviews” and “Public Forum.”
4.6. For legal purposes described in the section below titled “Legal Disclosure.”
4.7. Please note that we may use and disclose Other Information for any purpose, except where we are required to do otherwise under applicable law. If we are required to treat Other Information as Personal Information under applicable law, then we may use it for all the purposes for which we use and disclose Personal Information. In some instances, we may combine Other Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your geographical location). If we combine any Other Information with Personal Information, we will treat the combined information as Personal Information.

5. Your Information and Choices.
5.1. If you would like to review, correct, update, suppress, or delete Personal Information that has been previously provided by you, you may either do so by simply editing your profile at our website or by contacting us.
5.2. In your request, please make clear what Personal Information you would like to have changed or removed from our database. Please also note that if you do opt-out of receiving marketing-related emails from us, we may still send you messages for administrative or other purposes directly relating to your use of the Service, and you cannot opt-out from receiving those messages.

6. Usage of Pictures.
Whenever we deem fit, we may take pictures of the students and facilities for promotional purposes. The pictures may or may not include you, your child or any other customer, guardian, parent, etc. and we reserve the right to use these pictures on any marketing material, including Facebook, Twitter, website or other social media entity used by us for our promotional activities. The photos shall be used for showing various activities and events at Meridian Athletics. You are hereby granting us the permission to use these photos for the reasons specified above.

However, we appreciate your privacy and in case you do not want yourself, your child, or family to be included in the pictures, you may notify the staff when you sign in and/or at the time you see anyone taking pictures of you, your children, or someone else in your family.

7. Tracking and Advertising.
We and our third party service providers may collect Other Information in a variety of ways. We and/or our third party partners may employ various tracking technologies, such as cookies, web beacons and analytics software, that help us better manage content on our Service by informing us what content is effective.

The Service includes social media features such as the Facebook Like button, and widgets, such as the Share This button or interactive mini-programs that run on our Website. Our Website offers publicly accessible blogs and community forums. The Service is not directed to be used by individuals under the age of thirteen (13) unless under adult supervision. In case of such usage under adult supervision, acceptance of this policy shall be implied upon the guardian/adult supervising the usage.

The Service is controlled and operated by us from the State of Georgia, United States, and is not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the State of Georgia, United States.
